Backbends & Spine Mobility 6:00pm
This class will open up your shoulders through internal and external rotation, stretch your chest and back muscles, and improve flexibility in your spine as we gently move into deep upper back stretches, twists and backbending postures.
We will move through mobility exercises to increase range of motion, improve joint and nervous system function and longer holding stretches
to improve flexibility.
Props needed : blocks, strap, access to the wall
