I’m fitness lover, stretch and flexibility fanatic with over 13 years experience within the Health and Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer, Yogi and Pole dancer.
Specialising in Sports Specific Conditioning , corrective exercise, functional training and Flexibility.
With further qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise (QCF) and ETM (Exercise To Music Level 2) and 200hr Yoga Alliance Qualification I’m aware of importance of Yoga, stretching and exercise for every day life.
I’m always hungry for more knowledge, investing in training, courses, workshops and books to keep myself updated with the latest trends in the fitness industry.
I’m passionate about helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals and help them to life happier, healthier life.
